Exchange Server 2013 applies some limits on message size when it comes upon client’s message. These limits are in the place so therefore, clients may not be able to generate excessive load on the Exchange environment. These several limits can be found for different access methods in various web.config files on the Exchange Client Access along with the Mailbox Servers.
